M&A-Analyst (Full-time) October 2020
M&A analyst with strong analytical and financial skills and in-depth business understanding – dedicated to a career in the financial and technology sector
You will play a key role in our analyst team, collecting and analyzing financial, business and legal data.
You convert your insights into compelling presentations to support the overall M&A process, including company presentations, information memorandums and valuation reports.
You participate in client meetings and support senior advisors in critical phases of the M&A process.
You will be working closely with our senior advisors and management.
- Collect and analyze financial, business and legal data
- Prepare company presentations, information memorandums and valuation reports
- Develop segment specific sales pitch presentations to support the sales process
- Monitor and report deals in the Nordic mid-sized M&A tech market
- Present our M&A-methodology in sales meetings with our senior advisors
- Support our senior advisors in critical phases of M&A-process
- Manage team of students/junior analysts
You have strong accounting -, financial – and analytical skills. Your in-depth business understanding supports a strong commercial acumen and you are dedicated to a career in the cross field of finance and the technology sector.
You are highly structured and you deliver efficiently, in high quality and on time. You perform well under pressure and short deadlines (and thrive on it). You have a can-do-attitude, and you are eager to learn.
You probably have a few years’ experience with accounting, management consulting, finance, tech industry or other relevant industry. Alternatively, this is the first step in you professional career, based on strong educational merits and relevant student jobs.
You probably have a master education within finance, management, strategy or similar.
You are an Excel and PowerPoint super-user.
You communicate fluently in English and one or more of the Nordic languages.
